Tucked away in the woods on the outskirts of Wellington in the village of Langford Budville is our wholesome seasonal cafe

We pride ourselves on creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere for you to enjoy speciality coffee, seasonal local food and our fresh bakes, pastries and savoury scones. We celebrate building relationships with local producers in the South West and being sustainably conscious.

The cafe runs alongside a community of other beautiful businesses in our magical grounds, proudly run and managed by fellow women. At Whitepost we are surrounded by breathtaking views of the Blackdown and Quantock Hills.

The mother of whitepost is the nursery, run by founder Carol, the flower lady! The nursery offers a range of seasonal plants, shrubs, pots & garden ornaments for all, open 7 days a week.

Then we have our neighbours and friend Green Bee Trading, the shop that has it all! Vicki has handpicked an emporium of clothes, gifts, children’s toys, books, quirky homewares and much more. From pre-loved to re-loved, Vicki’s items have a story and her mission is to find them new homes. Opening hours for Green Bee are 11am-2pm Weds-Fri and 11am-3pm on Saturdays.

Our newest maker to join our community is the joyful Ophelia Braithwaite offering workshops and selling her jewellery to the public. “As a jeweller I draw daily from my surroundings with my love of life and discovering the beauty in nature. All of my handmade jewellery is made with heart and soul and positive intention.”

To top off our offerings we have two holiday cottages that are available to rent situated at the entrance of our plot. One of the lets welcomes dogs.
