The Cafe

The cafe is open from 8am every weekday morning and from 10am at the weekend.

We serve the usual range of tasty coffee (to drink in or takeaway), freshly baked pastries, cake and snacks plus freshly made bagels and toasties.

In addition we serve poached eggs on Borough Sour Dough toast with various toppings including Wiltshire Ham, Smoked salmon and crushed avocado.

Ham & Cheese

Mature cheese and sweet pickled onion with rocket on Borough Sourdough (v)

The White Post Cafe is serving Roasting Shed coffee, a neighbouring small batch coffee roastery based in Hackney Wick, East London. Hand-roast speciality coffee beans carefully selected from farmers around the world.


The White Post Cafe will be serving Wildes Cheese, a small award winning independent artisan cheese making company based on an industrial estate in Tottenham, North London. Passionate about quality and provenance and have created their own range of cheeses rather than reproduce other cheeses.

Our delicious bread, bagels, pastries and cakes are supplied by The Flour Station from Borough Market. We use their Borough Sour dough for our toasted sandwiches; it takes three days to make and is simply the perfect bread for delicious toasties! Pastries and cakes are delivered fresh and daily!

The meats for the charcuterie boards and Mega mixes are supplied by those wonderful people at Cannon & Cannon, again from Borough Market. All their meats are ethically sourced from small UK farms and meat curers.
